  Hate to be the bearer of a poor review but Dan informed me by text on the day he was due to service my oil boiler that his ticket had run out and didnt show up. Not a workmanship issue but a typical disappointing plumber sort of customer service I wish our local batch would grow out of as, to be fair, two others ignored my calls completely. I hope Dan can make improvements in this area as people value reliability.
