  After reading nice comments on their website I decided to purchase a Backgammon set from regency company rather than other retailers. Unfortunately, after making the payment they do not provide any service for their customers! I have not received the product which I paid for, even after a week. When I called them, Paula Hillier, who called herself the eCommerce Manager, was speaking very rudely and said "we are not responsible for the couriers, you need to go and collect from a shop, and if you are not happy, we could issue a refund when the item came back to our company." Very nice advertisement but unfortunately absolutely dodgy and unreliable company. I will never get back to them. Avoid if you care about your time!
