  They sold me an item that was broken out of the box, tried to mail it back to them but they just sent it back. Refused refund and only offered exchange. Was my legal right to get a refund and not accept exchange as it was returned within 30 days of buying. They ignore calls emails, they really don't care about customer service

  We have been using sounds for many years and they have always been very helpful and given good advice which you would not get if you were to purchase from the Internet would not get. The staff are always welcoming and helpful.
